Rohit Shah’s Journey at a Glance

Rohit Kumar Shah began his college journey like many other students, attending classes and learning the fundamentals of software development. However, he chose not to wait until his final year to gain industry experience. 

From his first year, he started contributing to live business products, worked with the LeapX founding team, and helped build PW IOI portals. One of his major contributions was the Employee Monitoring System, a solution used by more than 200 users. 

With continuous faculty mentorship and hands-on learning, Rohit gradually developed industry-ready skills and secured a full-time Backend Developer role while still pursuing his studies.

From Classroom Learning to Building Practical Solutions

Like many students, Rohit Kumar Shah began his college journey by attending classes, completing assignments, and learning the fundamentals of software development. But he wanted to gain practical experience alongside his studies instead of waiting until the final year for placements.

From his first year, Rohit started working on live business products. As he started applying what he learned in class to practical development work, Rohit gradually gained confidence and developed a better understanding of how software is built and improved. 

Each project strengthened his technical skills and helped him create a professional portfolio much earlier than most students. By the time many of his peers started preparing for placements, Rohit had already gained hands-on experience by contributing to live projects and understanding how software solutions are developed in a professional environment.

One of the biggest milestones in Rohit Kumar Shah's journey was contributing to the Employee Monitoring System, a live business project used by more than 200 users. Unlike classroom assignments, this project gave him the opportunity to build software for real users and understand how products are developed in a professional environment.

As he worked on the project, Rohit collaborated with stakeholders to understand user requirements and convert business needs into practical technical solutions.
